Vice President of Business Development at Marco, Carlos Herrera, is a market-driven professional with a demonstrated history of over 25 years of working in the financial services industry. His ability to create strategies and execute them, his focus on results as well as his ability to form and lead sales teams, have made Carlos successful in all the companies in which he has worked.

You may know him for his work at Xynergy Capital Group where he spent the last 9 years specialized in factoring for the healthcare industry, but Carlos can be also credited for his successful career in other companies in the areas of trade finance, trucking and general factoring, insurance and retired fund companies.

Carlos has an attorney's degree from University of Medellin-Colombia and is an MBA from Instituto de Dirección de Empresas of Madrid- Spain.
