Marco is a fintech firm focused on financing underserved SME exporters in the LATAM. Born out of the Antler Accelerator in New York, Marco has raised over $7MM in Equity from distinguished investors and has a $100MM credit facility. Job responsibilities
- Work closely with our engineers, designers, strategy and operations, and other stakeholders to build products for Marco’s emerging businesses and deploy industry leading products
- Be a well-rounded and strategic product leader – someone who has both excellent product design/UX sense and strengths in market dynamics, marketing strategy, resource allocation, and managing release cadence
- Collect, quantify & prioritize product-related challenges to be considered by product and engineering in future development. Uplevel the understanding of how the product is being used in the real world.
- Work directly with current and potential customers to understand their needs and how we can solve for them
- Build partnerships, design feedback loops, and create coordination points with regional go-to-market and product teams maximizing customer impact and learnings, while minimizing risk
- Discover new parts of our business and lead them from nascent stages to maturity
Job requirements
- You have a passion for delivering an outstanding user experience and can develop a deep understanding of a complex product and its use cases.
- You enjoy digging deep into the data, analyzing user feedback and using these insights to drive product improvements.
- You are a proactive project and program manager with a track record of leading and managing end-to-end execution of projects/programs delivering innovative platform & consumer products
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are great at explaining highly technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
- You have 8+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or an operational role that worked closely with product and engineering teams.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matters
- You have a high bar when working with others and production systems
- You lead initiatives to build 0 → 1 FinTech products and experiences
