As a Strategic Finance Analyst, you'll work closely with the finance team to help lead treasury initiatives, incubate new projects, and be a liaison across the broader Marco team. This role reports to our Strategic Finance Manager. Prioritization and data-driven decision-making is required to ensure our teams are working against the right goals and have the tools needed to achieve them.

• Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions and go-forward strategy including but not limited to discounted cash flow, operating, revenue projection, and ROI optimization models
• Support the strategic finance team in developing models for fundraising both debt and equity
• Get hands on experience analyzing M&A opportunities by working with the team on competitive market analysis and due diligence processes
• Operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that is constantly evolving
• Design and execute project plans for key strategic initiatives across multiple stakeholders
• Suggest process, data and reporting improvements to company leadership
• Collaborate with teams outside of Finance and Operations on cross-functional projects
• Provide data-driven, operational and decision-making support for senior leadership and business unit leads
• Support our operating cadence of weekly, monthly and quarterly performance analysis, forecasting and business reviews
• Support cross-functional programs, processes, and systems to drive performance and productivity improvements
